Are your services delivered by external developers/designers?

No. We do have a team of web designers, developers located all over the World so it could be that your project may be assigned to one them, however everything is managed internally from our London office.

Are all of the services fixed in price?

Yes, all of the services described on our website are fixed in price and the features you will receive.

How Do I order a service?

Simply check out our Digital Services, select the service you’d like and order via our online ordering system.

When will you start on my project?

Providing all the details have been confirmed or received, we aim to commence work within 24 hours. Sometimes, this may take an extra day or so incase we are waiting on any information.

Can I make payment at the end of project?

Unfortunately not. Our business is set up to provide affordable services and the only way we can do this is with an upfront payment.

Do you take on any bespoke work?

Yes, certainly. Please get in touch so that we can discuss your requirements in more detail.

Which eCommerce platform do you recommend for our start-up business?

We’re real big fans of WooCommerce. One of the main reasons is that you can have an online shop set up very quickly and it integrates easily with many payment gateways, including our own.

What is your refund policy?

As we are service industry, your payment is for our time spent on producing and delivering a web service which means all payments are non-refundable. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.
